Things to do

Neuss has a compact town centre with most stores along the main thoroughfare of four connected streets through the centre of town. Originally part of the historical Roman way between Cologne and Xanten, the high street is in part a pedestrian zone.

It is here that global brands, a department store, local boutiques as well as many telecommunications dealerships and eateries can be found.

On the outskirts, a modern shopping mall offers many brands. Larger furniture stores and megastores are also dotted around the periphery.
